My inspiration for my business was learning how to navigate my dark night of the soul. I felt confused, but I knew that powerful change was underway. Part of navigating those twists and turns involved developing a relationship with my intuition. Cultivating spiritual practices impacted my life in practical ways and allowed me to embody more of my authentic self - and this is the work I do with my clients.

My services are a melding of integrative wellness, astrological insight, and energetic healing - and they are deeply connected to my intuition. Sometimes, we’re just looking for a guide to remind us of our own ability and resiliency, as well as our connection to divinity. Hi, I’m Catherine

I am a mystic and multi-certified wellness coach, accredited by the National Board for Health and Wellness. I have been featured in Well + Good, Bustle, Medium, Thrive Global, and Insight Timer. The winding road of my journey has taken me past Ayurveda, through graduating from Duke Integrative Medicine until I arrived at this intersection where life coaching and astrology meet.
